It all started when…
D’s house is a Reconstruction of existing 2 storey house.
Reconstruction job comes with many constraints. Owner often opt for reconstruction due to budget consideration.
While many architects always tend to discourage the owner to drop the ideal of reconstruction and go for total tear down and rebuild, as to convert an existing house always means more job to work within the existing constraint while to fulfil client’s expeactation.
